Shipping & Returns.

Domestic United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are processed and shipped same-day via standard ground (2–5 business days). Orders after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday. Expedited 1–2 day shipping is available at checkout.

International. We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your shipping label is created. Order status is also visible on your account page.

Lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact your local carrier first. If unresolved within 5 business days, email us at info@theogyn.com with your order number.

14-day window. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resaleable condition.

How to initiate. Start your return from your account page or email info@theogyn.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions within one business day.

Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged in transit, or shipped incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges. The fastest path is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. This guarantees the new item ships immediately.

Refunds. Once received and inspected (1–2 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 3–5 business days; some may take up to 10.

Final sale. Items marked Final Sale, gift cards, and undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange.
