14-day return window
The OGYN accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In original condition with all tags attached.
- Free of stains, fragrance, smoke, pet hair, or alterations.
- Returned with original packaging.
Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
How to initiate a return
- Log into your account and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return. Click "Request return."
- Alternatively, email info@theogyn.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will respond within one business day with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the item(s) back using a tracked service. We recommend insurance for high-value pieces — we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs except in the following cases, where we will provide a prepaid return label:
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
- The item shipped is materially different from what was ordered.
- We made an error in shipping or fulfillment.
Refund processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing. After we issue the refund, most banks post it within 3–5 business days. Some banks or card issuers may take up to 10 business days. We have no control over your bank's processing time.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for items returned in less-than-resaleable condition.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest path to a different size or color is:
- Return the original item for a refund following the steps above.
- Place a new order for the size or color you want.
This guarantees the new item ships immediately without waiting for the return to be received and processed.
Final sale items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Undergarments, swimwear, or any item where intimate body contact occurs.
- Items damaged due to misuse, wash damage, or alteration after delivery.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email info@theogyn.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damage or defect.
- Photos of the original shipping packaging if damage occurred in transit.
We will respond within one business day with a resolution — typically a prepaid return label plus your choice of replacement or full refund (including the original shipping cost).
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, and your local carrier.
- File a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
- If unresolved within 5 business days, contact info@theogyn.com with your order number and tracking number. We will work with the carrier to resolve.
International returns
International customers may return items under the same conditions. International return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original international shipping costs and any customs duties paid are non-refundable. Mark the return package clearly as "Returned Goods" to avoid duties being charged again to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The "Effective" date will reflect the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time you placed your order applies to that order.
