Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using theogyn.com (the "Site") or placing an order with The OGYN ("we", "us", "our"), you ("you", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Products and pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photography, and pricing accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens and physical items. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any product without notice.
- Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information, pricing, or availability — even after you have placed an order.
- Limit quantities purchased per customer, household, or order.
- Refuse any order at our sole discretion (with a full refund if payment was processed).
Orders and payment
An order is not accepted until we send a confirmation email and the payment is processed. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; acceptance occurs at our discretion. We use Shopify's PCI-compliant payment processing. Acceptable payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated and exclude shipping, taxes, and any applicable duties or customs fees, which are calculated at checkout or assessed by the destination country.

Intellectual property
The Site, including all designs, text, graphics, photography, logos, product photography, and software, is the property of The OGYN or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise use any portion of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
OGYN™ and any associated wordmarks, logos, and slogans are trademarks of The OGYN.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any associated systems.
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or other users' use of the Site.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Resell our products without authorization or use our brand assets in any commercial context without written permission.
Account responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Disclaimer of warranties

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold The OGYN harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
